Add a real uptime badge
Set NEXT_PUBLIC_STATUS_BADGE_URL to a badge image URL from UptimeRobot or BetterStack, and (optionally) NEXT_PUBLIC_STATUS_PAGE_URL.
- BetterStack: create a status page → copy the badge URL.
- UptimeRobot: create monitors → use their status page badge URL.
